Our History

Siskin was founded in 2002, and initially focused on recruiting Registered Nurses for hospitals in Georgia. The strategy was built on Atlanta's attractiveness as a destination for many in the eastern United States. Atlanta offered, and still offers, advantages in quality of life, climate, housing, and personal prosperity compared to other cities. Siskin's strategy was to build the tools and infrastructure to identify RNs in states outside Georgia and explore with them opportunities in the greater Atlanta area.
Executive search, particularly for clinical management talent, was added to the portfolio of services after several years. With this came an expanded geographic footprint that included clients in states outside Georgia, particularly in the eastern US.
Later, recruitment of financial talent for healthcare was added to clinical management. This includes talent acquisition for opportunities in revenue cycle management.
Today, Siskin continues to specialize in healthcare with a particular focus on Transplantation. We help Transplant service lines build teams with exceptional talent: Transplant physicians, Transplant Administrators, Transplant Directors for clinical and business operations, and Transplant QAPI managers.
