Transplant Interim

An Interim job offers a great opportunity to apply your years of experience and significantly impact a team. Make a lasting impact by leading a program through a transition, directing a substantial QAPI project, or mentoring a clinical team.

Interim jobs are typically 3+ months on-site. Pay is weekly by direct deposit. SISKIN takes care of living expenses and administrative support, including liability insurance, compliance, worker's comp, and statutory deductions.

Telehealth

Looking for a new career opportunity? SISKIN's personalized and confidential service will help you find leadership opportunities in Telehealth at the VP and Director level. We are available to discuss your next step in product or service companies, platform developers, integrators, or health care system.

Prefer a contract position? Our contract developers and implementers are paid weekly by direct deposit. SISKIN takes care of the administrative tasks, including liability insurance, compliance, worker's comp, and statutory deductions.

What type of contract opportunities do you offer?

In Transplant, our consultants provide interim leadership to improve or enrich a program, mentor an internal leader, or stabilize a team during transition.

Interim leaders may function as transplant administrator, lead a clinical group or organ group, or lead a QAPI project.

In Telehealth, our contractors augment development and implementation teams within health systems and the supplier community.

Assignments typically last for 3+ months. SISKIN reimburses for housing, food, and travel. You are paid weekly by direct deposit. We provide liability insurance and workers comp insurance, and we offer benefits such as medical insurance and 401K that are self-funded. Your statutory contributions (such as FICA) are automatically deducted. You will receive a W2 at the end of the tax year.

What about confidentiality?

We keep your identity, resume, and work history confidential. In preliminary discussions with an employer, we use a background summary to establish potential fit. When the employer wants to explore further, we obtain your approval to release your resume.

Is the candidate charged a fee?

No, we do not charge the candidate a fee. The employer makes the investment in order to recruit successful people who will thrive in their organization.
