In Transplant, our consultants provide interim leadership to improve or enrich a program, mentor an internal leader, or stabilize a team during transition.
Interim leaders may function as transplant administrator, lead a clinical group or organ group, or lead a QAPI project.
In Telehealth, our contractors augment development and implementation teams within health systems and the supplier community.
Assignments typically last for 3+ months. SISKIN reimburses for housing, food, and travel. You are paid weekly by direct deposit. We provide liability insurance and workers comp insurance, and we offer benefits such as medical insurance and 401K that are self-funded. Your statutory contributions (such as FICA) are automatically deducted. You will receive a W2 at the end of the tax year.
We keep your identity, resume, and work history confidential. In preliminary discussions with an employer, we use a background summary to establish potential fit. When the employer wants to explore further, we obtain your approval to release your resume.
